Head Coach - Rod Brown

 Coach Jeran Burns - Wide Receivers

Coach Burns has been coaching at the high school level for 6 years, as either a receivers coach or offensive coordinator. For the past 3 years he coached at Woodale (2 seasons) and Whitehaven (1 season) where he helped coached the Cardinals to a quarter final playoff berth. Last season he was the receivers coach at Whitehaven when they finished the regular season at 9-1. Coach Burns has had a receiver make All-City or All-State in each of his six years coaching. He also has play calling responsibilities for the Roadrunners offense.

Defensive Backs/Defensive Coordinator - Coach Keith Spann 

Coach Spann is a veteran educator who brings to Ridgeway High ten (10) years of teaching and coaching experience. Coach Spann has spent the last four years on theWooddale High sideline as secondary coach and the last two as Defensive Coordinator. He is serving in the same capacity at Ridgeway High. Before coaching high school, Coach Spann spent six years as a head middle school coach. During his time as a head coach, he compiled a 29-7 record and his squads made the playoffs 5 out of 6 years, winning two district titles.

Offensive Line - Coach James Maclin

U of M ...O-lineman 1988 - 1992...graduated with Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering 1992 and  MBA from CBU in 1997 - 5yrs coaching experience

James Maclin directs the Corporate Services for MAA, having been with the company since 1997. Mr. Maclin is responsible for new business development through ancillary income programs, collections and utility efficiency programs. He began his tenure with MAA as the Director of Capital and Maintenance Operation as well as serving Mid-America as the Director of Asset Management prior to his current role.

Prior to joining MAA, Mr. Maclin worked in engineering design and project management. He served on teams that designed and constructed manufacturing facilities for Nabisco, Frito Lay, Hershey and DuPont, among other companies.

He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Christian Brothers University. He has served on various civic boards including the Memphis Housing Authority, University of Memphis Alumni Association, Junior Achievements of America and Leadership Memphis.

Coach Wilder Lee - Offensive Coordinator

Coach Lee brings a wealth of experience to the Roadrunners as a former head coach at Southside. He was also a defensive coordinator for Whitehaven.

Larry Clark - team video media, website coordination
